Chef Angela Cortese will show you just how approachable pasta-making can be. In this class, you will be learning step-by-step how to make southern Italy’s classic: the ravioli. She will help you take the skills you learn in the classroom, and apply them in your own kitchen!

We will make pasta from scratch, our dough will contain gluten and egg.
Our ravioli filling will be vegetarian
We will cook and eat ravioli in class
There will be multiple sauce choices including a Bolognese, Vodka, and Marinara sauce.
